The therapeutic relationship is a sacred one and finding the right therapist is a crucial part of the process. From a solution-focused perspective, I offer individual, couples and family therapy in a safe and serene space. I work with each client to help them reach their own stated goals and ultimately to achieve a more optimal state of well-being. Coaching - Life is complicated and there are times when you need someone to help navigate a specific problem or change. Unlike psychotherapy, we will focus on tackling one issue and finding present-day solutions rather than addressing pervasive patterns and ways of being.
